Monthly Meditation

March 29th  4-5.15pm 

A class focused on coming into our bodies with full awareness and connection as a way of finding space from our over active thinking minds, calm our nervous system and come back to a state of equilibrium; physically, mentally and emotionally. This class will begin with a body awareness scan, followed by some mindful embodied movement and yoga and finishing with a grounding meditation. This class is for anyone feeling the effects of the collective stress and anxiety present at this moment and a time to find refuge in present moment, open hearted awareness.
