This will be our first meditation and sound experience of the year , welcoming 2020!

We will explore meditation and pranayama (breath control) practices that have been passed down to us through ancient wise sages throughout history who understood that there would come a time that they would be very much
needed…. That time is now!

Beginners Course

Our 6 weeks beginner’s course is designed specifically to provide you with a solid foundation and establish an understanding of yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation practices.

Our beginner’s course explores the many benefits of yoga including strength, flexibility (of mind and body), mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.

A regular yoga practice can help you to relax, revitalise and recharge.

SoundShower 

with Avishai 

March 2nd  6:30-8pm 

Join us for an amazing experience, bathe in pure sounds that will take you on a deeply transformational journey. The Sound shower combines chimes, tibetans bowls, flutes and vocal harmonics. During a session you will be invited to lie down and immerse in vibrations created by these special instruments.
