Our 6 week beginner’s course is designed specifically to provide you with a solid foundation and establish an understanding of yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation practices.
Whether you are new to yoga, or have some yoga experience and want to refresh the basics, to develop your yoga practice. This course will provide you with a solid foundation from which to grow your yoga practice. Our beginner’s course explores the many benefits of yoga including strength, flexibility (of mind and body), mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.
We believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter what your age, size, shape or flexibility.
A regular yoga practice can help you to relax, revitalise and recharge.
