Beginners course

Our 6 week beginner’s course is designed specifically to provide you with a solid foundation and establish an understanding of yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation practices.

Whether you are new to yoga, or have some yoga experience and want to refresh the basics, to develop your yoga practice. This course will  provide you with a solid foundation from which to grow your yoga practice. Our beginner’s course explores the many benefits of yoga including strength, flexibility (of mind and body), mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.


We believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter what your age, size, shape or flexibility.

A regular yoga practice can help you to relax, revitalise and recharge.

  • This course can only be completed once 

  • All Classes must be used within the 6 weeks time period 

  • This classes are not transferable

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa classes link static poses with dynamic movements using the breath as a guide, it is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling, vinyasa flow movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like with an element of surprise in each class.

Classes are fun and flowing and start with a warm up, followed by a selection of standing poses, seated poses, back and forward bends and challenging poses to build strength and flexibility, and ends with breathing exercises and relaxation.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is suitable for almost all levels of students, a perfect compliment to the muscular, dynamic (yang) styles of Yoga.  Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held passive floor poses (up to 5 minutes) targeting the connective tissues of the body. Some of the benefits of a  regular Yin practice are Increased mobility in the body, especially the joints and hips. Calm and balance in the mind and body, allowing you to cope better with stress and anxiety. Deeper relaxation and more energy.

Slow flow


Slow/Restorative Flow is a luxurious yoga practice with movements that are similar to sequences of vinyasa flow classes but are slower paced and postures are held for longer periods facilitating greater exploration to create a deeply nourishing class.
The class is a gentle flow from one relaxing posture into the next one, pose flows seamlessly into the next in a relaxing continuum.

Classes include strength and flexibility ,breathing exercise and relaxation at the end. 


*Room temperature 22 degrees.

Hot Hatha

A set series of static postures and breathing exercises based on the series of Bikram Yoga. This style is great for generating heat, stretch and strengthen ,toning and detoxifying your body and mind.

Suitable for beginners and the more experienced students.


*Room temperature 30- 35 degree

Core and Restore

This class starts with awareness and continues with movements and postures to strengthen the core. The practice is strong but adaptable to your needs. The second part of the class is more restorative and might include some nurturing slow movements as well as relaxation and mindfulness.

All of our teachers have a style of teaching as unique as themselves, they each bring their own interpretation of the yoga discipline to share with the class.  So although there may be many vinyassa flow classes you attend, you can expect each teacher to offer something different and unique for you to gain, thus allowing you to further enhance your own practice.

Please note

  • Yoga practice will improve your strength, flexibility, body/mind awareness and focus.

  • No need to be fit or experienced to do yoga, yoga is for everybody. 

  • It is recommended not to eat at least 2 hours before the class.

  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water. 

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

  • If it is your first visit please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out your details.

  • If you have any injuries please let the teacher know before the class start.


  • The door will be  locked once the class starts, so please don't be late and

     arrive at least 5 min before the class starts.
